About the program

Customers of FXNook AI Code Lab can join the affiliate program and refer new customers with a personal link. When a customer who arrived through your link pays for a plan or a credit pack, and the payment is collected and stays collected, you earn a commission on it.

The program is for people who can genuinely recommend the Lab: traders, developers, educators, communities and sites about MetaTrader and algorithmic trading. It is not a way to earn from your own purchases.

How it works

Five steps, all from your account:

• Join the program from the Affiliate Program page in your account. Your email address must be confirmed.
• Copy your unique referral link.
• Share it with people who may want the Lab: a review, a video, a forum post, a newsletter, your own site.
• Earn a commission on each eligible purchase and subscription renewal of the customers who signed up through your link.
• Follow your clicks, sign-ups, commissions and balance on your dashboard, and request a withdrawal when your available balance reaches the minimum.

Commission policy

Commissions are calculated on money the Lab actually collects, never on clicks, sign-ups or unpaid orders.

• Default rate: 20% of the eligible revenue collected. An authorised administrator may assign a different rate to an individual affiliate.
• Recurring: subscription renewals of a referred customer earn commissions for 12 months from the referral, while the customer remains referred to you.
• Hold: a new commission is pending for 14 days (the refund window), then becomes available.
• Reversals: a refund, chargeback or payment reversal takes back the commission in the same proportion, even if it was already available. Fraud, self-referrals or breaches of these rules void the commissions involved.
• Prices: commissions are worked out in US dollars. A payment made in another currency counts at the Lab's US dollar list price of what was bought.
• Nothing is guaranteed for a click, a registration, a free plan or an order that was not paid.

Withdrawal policy

Commissions are paid out in cryptocurrency only, by request, after review.

• Minimum withdrawal: $100 (US dollars) of available commission balance. There is no fixed maximum beyond your available balance.
• Method: cryptocurrency only, to a wallet you saved and confirmed by email. The supported coins and networks are listed when you add a wallet.
• Your email address must be confirmed, and the chosen wallet must be verified, before a request can be made.
• Every request is checked against your balance and reviewed by an administrator before it is sent. One request can be open at a time.
• Payouts are sent on the blockchain network you chose. Network fees may be deducted from the amount, processing can take a few business days, and the amount received depends on the network and the exchange rate at the time of sending. Sending to the wrong network loses the funds, so choose the network with care.

Affiliate terms and conditions

By joining the program you agree to these rules, in addition to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

• No self-referrals: you may not earn commissions on your own purchases, on accounts you control, or on accounts created to collect commissions. Such commissions are void and the accounts may be closed.
• No fraud or deception: no fake sign-ups, no paid-for or incentivised sign-ups the customer does not want, no misleading claims about the Lab, its results or its prices, and no promise of trading profits.
• No spam: no unsolicited email, messages or comments, and no placing of your link where it is not welcome.
• Branding: you may say you are an affiliate of FXNook and use our name and logo to link to the Lab, but you may not present yourself as FXNook, register domains or social accounts that look like ours, or bid on our brand in search advertising.
• Attribution: a customer is referred to the affiliate whose link they used last before signing up, for the lifetime of the referral cookie (30 days). Attribution is set at sign-up and does not change afterwards.
• Eligibility: only payments collected by the Lab from a referred customer are eligible. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes and fraud reverse the commissions concerned; suspended or closed customer accounts earn nothing further.
• Withdrawals: requests are processed as described in the Withdrawal policy. A request may be rejected, with the reason recorded, when the balance or the wallet fails a check or these rules were broken.
• Termination: you may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end an affiliate account for breaking these rules, with the reasons recorded. A rightful balance is paid on request; commissions that are void or under investigation are not.
• Changes: we may change rates, hold periods, minimums, supported currencies or these rules. Changes are announced in the Lab and apply to commissions earned after the change, never to commissions already earned.
• Taxes: you are responsible for any tax on what you earn. We do not withhold tax and do not give tax advice.
