Cookie Policy
The Lab uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work and stay secure. No advertising, no cross-site tracking.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep small settings on your device.
What the Lab uses
- Sign-in and security cookies: keep you signed in, protect your session, and stop forged requests. Without them you cannot use your account.
- Protection: hosting and security services may set cookies to route requests and block attacks.
- Payment: when you check out, the payment provider sets the cookies it needs to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- Local preferences (browser storage, not cookies): small choices such as notices you closed, the menu folded, or a draft you have not sent. They stay on your device.
What the Lab does not use
No advertising cookies, no tracking across other websites, and no selling of browsing data. Because the Lab uses only cookies needed for the service you ask for, it does not ask for cookie consent for them.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones, you will not be able to sign in. Clearing browser storage resets the small preferences listed above.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not essential, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
